Every music journey starts differently. After losing my husband in a tragic accident during the beginning of 2020 I thought my life was over until my love for music helped me find fulfillment again after such a huge loss. I’ve always loved singing and music since I was just a little girl, but when I got older I met the man of my dreams and decided I wanted to help others by becoming a pediatric nurse. After my husbands passing however, it was my passion for singing that brought me back to life. I found a vocal instructor Tom McKinney in Houston and began working with Billy Dorsey Jr. and The Bridge Life at Wire Road Studios near downtown Houston. My music in my upcoming EP Renaissance, is inspired by the amazing life I had with my late husband and the journey I have been on since his passing. I want others who are going through grief to know that they are not alone and that they can learn to live with grief and continue to carry the ones we love with us. I may not know where my journey leads, but I hope you join me on my way!
